4. Quote Requests and Project Inquiries

4.1 No Contract Until Executed in Writing

Submitting a quote request through this Site does not constitute a binding agreement or contract. No contract for services is formed until both parties have executed a written agreement or work order.

4.2 Quote Validity

Any quote or estimate provided by RCL Industrial is valid only for the time period specified in that quote. Quotes are subject to change based on project scope, materials pricing, labor conditions, and site conditions.

4.3 Project Scope

All services are performed based on the scope of work agreed upon in writing. Changes to scope during a project may result in additional costs and adjusted timelines, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to proceeding.

5. Services

RCL Industrial provides commercial and industrial flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, ESD/conductive coatings, urethane mortar systems, concrete polishing, surface preparation, floor markings, and turnkey flooring solutions. All work is self-performed by our trained team of flooring technicians and is never outsourced.

5.1 Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring the project site is accessible, safe, and prepared in accordance with any pre-work requirements communicated by RCL Industrial prior to project commencement. RCL Industrial is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from site conditions that differ materially from those represented at the time of quoting.

5.2 Warranties

Any warranty on materials or workmanship will be specified in the applicable project agreement. No warranty is implied by use of this Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, project photos, graphics, and service descriptions — is the property of RCL Industrial or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without the prior written consent of RCL Industrial.

7. SMS and Text Messaging

If you have opted in to receive text messages from RCL Industrial, you agree to receive SMS/MMS communications related to your quote request, project updates, or scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-in information is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of this Site shall not exceed $100.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lucas County or Fulton County, Ohio.
